Carl Frampton

Anyone else watch this?

Unbelievable fight last night against LSC. I thought 117-111 was far too wide but Carl was the clear winner, threw the far more sharper and eye catching punches.

Selby next?

Re: Carl Frampton
They had Selby & Russell on Showtime before the fight, Selby is eyeing a massive payday for a domestic fight & Russell was a complete dick claiming he holds all the cards as he's WBC champ.

I hope boxing politics doesn't get in the way of making these fights happen.

Selby's face and general attitude annoys me, I would love to see that bum fluff smirk he has wiped off his face by Frampton or anyone.

If he meets Selby next can Selby use the spider?

Re: Carl Frampton
I agree mate. The excuses for not fighting him are a joke, but there is no denying this was a great win for Carl.

I assume you're referring to Rigo, tnb?

Re: Carl Frampton
He may be a good (not great) fighter, but Frampton is also everything that is wrong with boxing right now. How you can be overjoyed at winning a belt one minute only to give it up a few weeks later because it doesn't suit your business interests is a joke. I wouldn't spit on him if he was on fire.

I was there.

I'm not a well man today.

Re: Carl Frampton
A great fight, LSC threw a lot at Franpton but his counter punching was the key and frampton landed more.

Move up in weight suited him as he was still fresh at the end.

Dont hiw how one judge had it a draw

Re: Carl Frampton
Dunno about that. Frampton would have made adjustments as well. It wasn't just Quigg not getting going, he couldn't get near Frampton until he tired later on.

Re: Carl Frampton
quigg should try and get a rematch, if he'd not fucked about in the first half of the fight he'd have beat frampton
